The Ultimate Blueberry Probiotic Smoothie

I can’t get enough of this blueberry probiotic smoothie! It’s loaded with nutrient-dense ingredients like hemp seeds, flax seeds, and high-fiber hemp protein, all blended with probiotic-rich kefir for a gut-friendly boost. Not only does it help support a healthy microbiome and promote digestion, but it also keeps things moving smoothly. While I aim to diversify my diet for optimal gut health, I’ll admit—I make this at least three or four times a week because it’s just that good!

Ingredients

  • 2/3 C kefir - I use a raw 24 hour Kefir, but there are many low-sugar options at the store

  • 2/3 C water - You could also replace with a milk of choice

  • 1/2 C frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1 T hemp seeds

  • 1 T flax seeds

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 2 T high-fiber hemp protein

  • Stevia vanilla drops to taste

  • Caco nibs to top, optional

  • handful of ice

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients except ice and caco nibs in a blender. While I own various high speed blenders, I actually just use my Beast blender, since it’s not a large smoothie. I love my Beast, it blends well and is perfect for smaller shakes.

  2. Once smooth, place a few cups of ice in the blender and blender until smooth.

  3. Pour into glass and top with cacoa nibs.
